I'm finally using an airline ticket that I have changed twice since its original issuance because my husband came down with the flu and then because things out of our control came up. It was $150 per passenger plus the difference in airfare for each change to this non-refundable one-way ticket. I should probably just buy first class tickets until our schedule gets more reliable. It would have been less expensive.

Pup Protests in the Park
Apparently, turning around to go home was not what she had in mind today. When I suggested that we go home, she firmly planted herself where she stood. She really wanted to just sit and watch the people and pups in the park. She's a wise one. She seriously likes to stop to smell the rose bushes that line the park too.

Prep for the Weekend
The Blue Angels are in Chicago for the Air and Water Show this weekend. They practiced over the city and lake today and gave us quite a show.
