SkyRise Chicago: Willis Tower Observation Deck

Today was SkyRIse Chicago - benefiting the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC). A 103-flight stair-climb up to the Observation Deck - 2,109 steps straight up. I didn't think I could do it, but I did. I've never even run a 5K previously. Frankly, to have my mobility and to use it to benefit an organization like the RIC which provides rehabilitation care for patients suffering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, stroke and cancer seems only fitting. I want to do this again next year and encourage anyone who can to try this as well.

That's so awesome!! I think that's harder than a 5K by far!!!

Did you take the stairs down or the elevator ;)
